How do I join the BBS Loyalty Rewards Program?
Individual users who purchase from our website and setup an account are automatically enrolled. If you have no purchase history or do not have an account, make sure to create an account during checkout on your next purchase or simply click the link above. No purchase is required to join the rewards program. Participation is available to US residents age 18 and over.
To join the program, customers must provide their first name, last name and email address. Guest checkout does not automatically enroll an individual in the program and purchases made through guest checkout do not earn rewards.
How do I earn points & rewards?
There are many ways to earn points! Earn 10 points for every $1 spent! Earn points for referring friends and family! Earn points for completing social media activities and more! All rewards are issued as Discount Coupon codes.

How do I redeem my points for Discount Coupons?
First, you need to be signed in to your store account. Next, visit the Claim page which can be accessed by clicking the link located on the Rewards tab. Select your discount coupon and points to redeem. Discount Coupon codes will be automatically e-mailed to members who have successfully redeemed points and/or achieved levels.
How do I use my Discount Coupons?
Apply the Discount Coupon code on the payment page during checkout at blackbrookshop.com. Discount Coupons are combinable and can be used in conjunction with any other Black Brook Shop promotional or sale price offer, not to exceed the purchase amount at checkout.

A successful new customer referral earns BBS Loyalty Rewards Program members 2,000 points! That’s $20 in rewards to treat yourself with. No purchase is necessary to become a referrer and there is no limit on the referral rewards a member may receive for successful referrals . . . now that’s fabulous!!!
Each referrer will be emailed a coupon code to share with friends and/or family. Invited friends and/or family can then use these coupon codes for $10 off a $50 purchase at blackbrookshop.com.
What are the membership levels, the benefits of each level and how do I achieve levels?
Member status levels are based on achieving points – as a member earns points they will move up the level tiers. There are seven levels to the BBS Loyalty Rewards Program:

Note: Once your account is setup, you can log into your account to see your current level, points and purchase history. Members maintain level tiers (or increase levels if points are earned) by remaining active. A member is considered “active” when they make a qualifying purchase at least once a year.
